We work directly with rural women entrepreneurs and farmers to source authentic, preservative-free ingredients. Every batch undergoes strict quality checks to ensure traditional taste and high nutritional value.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days across India.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within India. However, we are actively working on expanding our logistics to bring our authentic flavors to global customers soon.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we only accept returns if the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package to initiate a refund.
Are your products organic and chemical-free?
Yes, our products are made using natural processes and contain no artificial colors, flavors, or harmful preservatives. We prioritize traditional 'Dadi-Nani' recipes that are healthy and safe.
